🕵️‍♀️ First, Let's Play Detective: Search Tips!

It's surprisingly easy for those tiny, intricate metal pieces to hide. Before declaring a piece officially missing, let's do a thorough search:

  1. The Great Packaging Hunt: Double and triple-check all packaging, including the box, plastic sleeves, and any inserts. Pieces love to get stuck in corners or underneath flaps!

  2. Room Scan: Think about all the places you've been while opening, sorting, or building your puzzle. Check under chairs, tables, rugs, and even inside open trash cans (just in case!).

  3. Pet & Kid Patrol: If you have curious pets or little ones around, they might have "helped" by moving a piece. Check their favorite hiding spots!

  4. Clothing Clingers: Those tiny pieces can sometimes cling to clothing. Give your outfit a good shake if you've been working on it!

  5. Double-Check Your Work: Make sure all the pieces you've already placed belong exactly where they are. Sometimes a piece might be "missing" because it's simply in the wrong spot!

If you've searched high and low and the piece is still playing hide-and-seek, follow these instructions to get your replacement parts from Tablefunny:

Scenario 1: You noticed missing parts BEFORE starting assembly.

If you're just opening your Tablefunny puzzle and see parts are missing, here's what we need:

  1. A Clear Photo of the Unopened Parts: Please neatly arrange all the unopened small packages of parts and screws on your desktop and take a clear, well-lit photo. This helps us quickly identify what's missing.

  2. A Photo of Your Product Certificate: Please find the product certificate included in your package and take a clear picture of it. This helps our warehouse manager trace the product batch and resolve your issue even faster.

Scenario 2: You found missing parts WHILE building your model.

If you're already deep into the assembly fun and realize a piece is missing, we'll need a few more details:

  1. Photo of Remaining Unopened Parts & Screws: Please place all the remaining unopened parts and screws neatly on a table and take a clear photo of them.

  2. Photos of Assembled & Unpacked Parts:

    • Take a clear photo of the parts you have already assembled.
    • And one more clear picture of the unpacked parts (the ones you've already started working with).
    These three photos (remaining unopened, assembled, and unpacked parts) help our after-sales design team understand exactly where the missing piece fits in and which one it is.
  3. Photo of Your Product Certificate: Please take a clear picture of your product certificate. This helps our after-sales warehouse manager quickly check the product batch and help you efficiently.
